Synopse Studio («we», «the Service») is a web application that helps users schedule and automatically publish short-form video to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to operators and end users who sign in to Synopse Studio and who connect their social accounts through OAuth («Connect YouTube / Meta»).

2. Data we collect

• Studio login credentials (username / password hash for workspace access)
• OAuth tokens and account identifiers granted by Google (YouTube) or Meta (Facebook Page, Instagram Business)
• Display names of connected channels, pages and Instagram accounts
• Video files, titles, captions and schedule metadata you upload or sync for publishing
• Technical logs needed to operate the Service (errors, publish status)

3. How we use data

• To authenticate you into your Studio workspace
• To publish content you explicitly schedule or send to connected platforms
• To refresh OAuth tokens so publishing continues without asking you to reconnect every hour
• To show connection status in Settings

We do not sell personal data. We do not use connected-account data for advertising.

4. Legal bases / consent

Social account access is granted only after you complete the official Google or Meta consent screen and select the pages/accounts to connect. You may disconnect at any time in Studio Settings or by revoking the app in your Google / Facebook account settings.

5. Storage and security

Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers. Access to the production environment is restricted. We retain connected-account tokens while the account remains connected and for a short period in backups after disconnect.

6. Third parties

Publishing uses official APIs of Google (YouTube Data API) and Meta (Facebook Graph API / Instagram). Their own privacy policies apply when you authorize those platforms. We also use infrastructure providers (VPS hosting, optional cloud storage such as Yandex Disk) solely to run the Service.

7. Data retention and deletion

You may disconnect social accounts in Settings. For Meta-related deletion requests see our Data Deletion page. You may also ask the workspace operator to delete your Studio account data.

8. International transfers

Servers may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Service you understand that data may be processed in the country where our hosting is located.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The «Last updated» date at the top will change when we do.
